应用参芎葡萄糖注射液预防腰椎骨折后路手术术后静脉血栓形成的临床分析

摘　　要：目的探讨参芎葡萄糖注射液预防腰椎骨折后路手术术后静脉血栓的效果。方法选取2013年2月至2016年3月在我院治疗腰椎骨折患者104例,将患者随机分为观察组(n=50)和对照组(n=54),两组均给予腰椎骨折后路手术,对照组给予常规支持治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予参芎葡萄糖注射液,检测两组凝血酶原时间(PT)、活化部分凝血酶时间(a PTT)、D二聚体、及血液流变学指标,观察两组下肢静脉血栓发生情况。结果观察组术后14 d D二聚体低于对照组(P<0.05);两组手术前后PT、a PTT差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组术后14 d血液粘度和纤维蛋白原低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组术后6个月静脉血栓发生率为0.00%,明显低于对照组的12.96%(P<0.05)。结论腰椎骨折后路手术术后应用参芎葡萄糖注射液,可改善患者血液流变学指标,减少下肢静脉血栓的发生。Objective To investigate the prevention of venous thrombosis of Salviae Mihiorrhizae Liguspyragine Hydrochloride and Glucose Injection in lumbar fracture posterior surgery. Methods From February 2013 to March 2016, selected 104 patients with lumbar fracture in our hospital, were randomly divided into observation group （ n = 50） and control group （ n = 54 ）, two groups were treated with posterior lumbar fracture surgery, the control group was given routine supportive treatment, the observation group was given Salviae Mihiorrhizae Liguspyragine and Glucose Injection on the basis of control group, detected prothrombin time （PT）, activated partial thromboplastin time （aIrPT）, D-dimer（D-D） and hemorheology in two groups, observed the incidence of venous thrombosis in two groups. Results The postoperative 14 d D- D in the observation group, was significantly lower than that in the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ） ; There was no significant difference in PT, alYl-T between the two groups before and after the operation （P 〉 0.05 ） ;The blood viscosity and fibrinogen in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group （P 〈 0.05） ;The incidence of venous thrombosis in the observation group 6 months after operation was 0.00%, which was significantly lower than that of the control group 12.96% ,the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion The application of Salviae Mihiorrhizae Liguspyragine and Glucose Injection in posterior lumbar fractures surgery, can improve hemorheology,reduce the occurrence of venous thrombosis.
