Objective To study the nursing effect of deep vein thrombosis (DVT)prevention in patients with stroke. Methods One hundred patients with stroke requiring limb dysfunction were enrolled in this study from July 2014 to May 2015, and the group was treated as a stroke group. July 2013 to May 2014 admitted to the need for bed or limb dysfunction in patients with stroke 100 cases of routine care management, for the conventional group. All patients were treated for two weeks, the incidence of thrombosis at 7 d and 14 d, MCMQ score and satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The total incidence of DVT in the conventional group was 8% , in the stroke group was 2% (P 〈 0. 05 ). The scores of the two groups were significantly higher than those of the conventional group( P 〈 0.05 ). The yield score of the cluster group was significantly lower than that of the conventional group ( P 〈 0. 05 ) , but there was no significant difference. The satisfaction rate of the cluster group was 96.00% higher than that of the conventional group (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion Cluster management of stroke patients can prevent the occurrence of DVT, improve improve satisfaction.
