摘　　要：根据某款苹果手机耳机盒盖的结构特点,借助于UG软件设计出一套满足使用要求的耳机盒盖注塑模具。该模具采用一模两腔结构布置,每个塑件内部设有镶件,还设置了斜滑块侧向抽芯机构。同时,利用华塑CAE模流分析软件对模具结构进行充填模拟分析,优化模具结构,以便得出最佳设计方案。According to the structure characteristics of a certain type of Apple mobile headset cover, a set of suitable injection mould is designed with UG software. The mould is of two cavity structures, each with an internal insert. And it also sets up a slanting slider side core pulling mechanism. Meanwhile, the die structure design is carried out with CAE plastic mould flow analysis software optimizing the mould structure in order to get the optimal design scheme.
