摘 要:提出基于总线仪器的飞行信号再现方法,将原始飞行数据经解译、数据去噪、插值平滑、信号解算等处理后驱动总线仪器,按照一定的逻辑时序再现飞机飞行过程中产生的各种信号,在地面作为飞行数据记录仪的数据源,解决飞行数据记录仪功能及性能测试真实性、有效性问题;研制的飞行信号管理系统,信号类型包括模拟量、离散量和各种机载总线量,实现飞行信号再现的同时对产生的信号进行自检验证,保证信号再现准确性;系统由硬件平台和系统软件组成,采用网络化集成、集中互联接口、时钟同步和触发、硬件资源模型化、飞参解译、数据去噪、插值平滑、IVI类驱动封装等软、硬件设计及实现中的关键技术;通过系统和某型号飞行数据记录仪联机测试,结果分析证明研制软硬件的功能、性能及信号再现准确性。Put forward method of flight signal reproduction based on bus instrument, being used for the faetieity and effectiveness of function and performance test of flight data recorder. By decoding, elimination of abnormal value, data interpolation and smoothing and anti --decoding of the original flight data, the test instrument was driven to produce signals according to certain time sequence. The signals used as data sources of flight data recorder in ground station. The researched flight signal management system (FSMS), which included analog, discrete and bus signals, realizes flight signal reproduction and self--checking, ensuring the accuracy of flight signal reproduction. The FSMS included hardware platform and system software. Hardware platform composition and system software architecture were introduced and the key technology of design and implementation were described, such as network integration, centralized interconnection interface, clock syn- chronization and triggering, hardware resource modeling, flight data decoding, elimination of abnormal value, data interpolation and smoot- hing, IVI class package, etc. Through on--line test of the system and the flight data recorder of a certain model, the developed function and performance of both software and hardware and accuracy of flight signal reproduction are proved.
