摘  要:采用毛发钓饵技术,从几所医院采集的土样中分离获得角蛋白降解真菌774株。通过形态学特征、生物条码数据系统(Barcode of Life Data Systems)、UNITE数据库、CBS数据库和分子系统学分析的多途径方法,将这些菌株鉴定为31属58种。结合文献和ISHAM(International Society for Human and Animal Mycology)r DNA-ITS数据库的分析结果表明,链格孢属Alternaria、曲霉属Aspergillus、毛壳属Chaetomium、芽枝霉属Cladosporium、镰刀菌属Fusarium、地丝霉属Geomyces、地霉属Geotrichum、小孢属Microsporum、青霉属Penicillium、紫霉属Purpureocillium、篮状菌属Talaromyces、木霉属Trichoderma和毛癣菌属Trichophyton共13个属中的20种512株真菌对人类具有潜在感染风险。Seven hundred and seventy-four isolates of keratin-degrading fungi were isolated from soil samples collected in several hospitals by use of the hair-baiting technique. Fifty-eight species in 31 genera were identified through morphology, Barcode of Life Data Systems, UNITE Database, CBS Database and phylogenetic analysis. According to literatures and the International Society for Human and Animal Mycology rDNA-ITS Database, 512 isolates of 20 species in 13 genera (Alternaria, Aspergillus, Chaetomium, Cladosporium, Fusarium, Geomyces, Geotrichum, Microsporum, Penicillium, Purpureocillium, Talaromyces, Trichoderma and Trichophyton) were of potential pathogenicity to human.
