煤种变化对水煤浆加压气化装置的影响

摘　　要：煤的气化是指在特定的容器内所进行的含碳物质的部分氧化反应,从而生成一氧化碳和氢气为主要组分的过程。在气化装置上常见的原料为烟煤、石油焦、重油等。而原料性质对气化装置能否运行的平稳起着至关重要的作用,在生产运行的过程中对原料质量的把控管理尤为重要。本文以采用水煤浆进料为例,结合工业装置的实际运行情况,针对煤种变化时的异常现象以及当煤种变换时如何进行应对进行剖析。Coal gasification refers to the process of partial oxidation reaction of carbonaceous materials to produce main components of carbon monoxide and hydrogen in a particular vessel. For gasification plant, common used raw materials are bituminous coal, petroleum coke, heavy oil and so on. In the process of production and operation, control and management of raw materials quality is particularly important because the property of feedstock plays an important role in steady operation of gasification plant. This paper, using coal-water slurry feed as an example, combir^ed with the actual operating conditions of industrial equipment, analyzes abnormal phenomena and treatment measures when coal type changes.
