摘　　要：为实现为克拉玛依市广大人民群众提供更加优质服务的目标,克拉玛依市中心医院和新疆医科大学第一附属医院,借助远程医学平台构建医疗联合体合作模式。以远程共建科室模式进行医院集团管理的合作,新疆医科大学第一附属医院专家担任克拉玛依市中心医院"名誉科主任"指导医疗工作,实现两家医院的资源共享,通过远程方式进行"面对面"的教学查房、疑难病例讨论、手术指导、手术示教等业务开展。这是国家医改进程中与区域内各级医疗机构合作共赢的模式探索,旨在形成相对统一的利益共同体,实现合作共赢。In order to provide more quality services to the people of Karamay, the Karamay Central Hospital of Xinjiang and the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University develop the union cooperation with the help of remote medical platform. The hospital group management of remote cooperation builds a department and the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University experts in charge of the Karamay Central Hospital ＂honorary director＂ to guide the medical work, two hospitals achieve resource sharing, ＂face to face＂ teaching, to discuss difficult cases, operation, operation teaching and other business carried out by remote way. This is a win-vein model in the process of national medical reform and medical institutions at all levels in the re,on, aimed at forming a relatively unified community of interest, to achieve win-win cooperation,
