摘　　要：目的:提高医疗质量,保障医疗安全,实现以病人为中心的数字化医院建设^([1])。方法:利用移动医疗和医疗物联网技术的移动性、灵活性和信息采集的便携性,在院内各业务科室以及住院病区的病人床边获取实时的患者信息或寻求决策支持信息,同时能够对病人诊疗活动的最后一个医嘱执行的环节进行过程控制和质量管理。结果:优化工作流程,提高工作效率;建立标识系统,减少护理差错;加强医护配合,提高患者满意度。结论:基于以医护患为目标的医院智能开放平台框架设计的移动护理信息系统升级,帮助医院解决临床医护工作对信息数据现场支持的需求,更为今后智能化数字医院的建设奠定了坚实基础。Objective： Improve the quality of medical care, to ensure the goal of medical safety, achieve patient-centered digital hospital construction. Methods： The use of mobile health and medical internet of things technology, which with mobility, flexibility and information collection portability, in the hospital business departments and hospital beds in the patient bed to obtain real-time patient information or to seek decision support information, while the patient diagnosis and treatment activities of the last order of the implementation of the process of control and quahty management. Result.s： Optimize the work process, improve work efficiency, establish identification system, reduce nursing errors; strengthen medical care, improve patient satisfaction. Conclusion： Based on the medical and nursing as the goal of the hospital intelligent open platform framework design of mobile nursing information system upgrades to help the hospital to solve clinical medical work on the information data on-site support needs, more intelligent digital hospital construction in the future laid a sohd foundation.
