摘　　要：阐述了信息化条件下的医院非医疗物资"零库存"管理模式的设计与实践应用。通过创新管理思维,搭建信息化共享平台,实现医院非医疗物资的"零库存"管理,提升医院非医疗物资管理效率,缩短非医疗物资供应周期,节约医院人力资源成本,减少医院流动资金投入,降低医院成本,提高医院后勤信息化管理水平。This article elaborate the hospital logistical material supplies ＂zero inventory＂ management model design and application under the condition of informatization. Through innovative management thinking, set up information sharing platform, to achieve ＂zero inventory＂ management of hospital logistical material, promote the efficiency of hospital logistical management, reduce the cycle of the hospital logistical material, save the cost of human resources, reduce the capital investment, reduce the cost and enhance the level of hospital logistical material management.
