摘　　要：目的:编制中医医院护理质量管理信息基本数据集标准。方法:在文献研究结合现场调研的基础上初拟中医医院护理质量管理信息基本数据集标准,采用Delphi专家咨询法,对15名专家进行两轮问卷咨询。结果:两轮咨询问卷有效回收率为100%和93.33%;专家权威系数分别为0.86和0.80;一、二级目录的协调系数分别为0.68和0.65。最终确定一级目录9个,二级目录27个的中医护理质量管理信息基本数据集框架体系及标准稿,共641个数据元。结论:中医医院护理质量管理信息基本数据集标准的编制可促进中医医院护理质量管理相关数据的规范化和标准化,并为开发中医医院护理质量管理信息系统提供一定的科学依据和指导。Objective： To draw up the basic data sets standard of nursing quality management information in TCM Hospital. Methods： On the basis of literature view and field research,we draw up the basic data set standard of nursing quality management information in TCM hospital, then using Delphi expert consultation method, 15 experts were interviewed by two rounds of questionnaires. Results： The effective response rates of two rounds of consultation were 100% and 93.33% respectively, and the expert authority coefficients were 0.86 and 0.80. The coordination coefficient were 0.68 and 0.65. Finally, the basic data sets, frame system and standard manuscript of TCM nursing quality management information of 9 first class catalogues and 27 two levels indexes are determined. There are 641 data elements. Conclusion： The establishment of the basic data set of nursing quality management information in TCM Hospital may promote the hospital of traditional Chinese medicine nursing quality management related data standardization, and provide a scientific basis and guidance for the development of TOM hospital nursing quality management information system.
