摘  要:目的:探讨湿疹、慢性荨麻疹和过敏性紫癜患者血清中14种食物的不耐受情况。方法:应用酶联免疫法检测185例变态反应性皮肤病患者及60例健康人血清中14种食物的特异性Ig G,并对结果进行分析。结果:185例患者食物不耐受总阳性率为76.8%,湿疹、慢性荨麻疹和过敏性紫癜阳性率分别为82.4%、75.0%、70.7%,均明显高于正常对照组43.3%。185例患者检测的14种食物中,以牛奶、蛋清/蛋黄阳性率最高,且程度大于等于++的阳性率最高。结论:湿疹、慢性荨麻疹及过敏性紫癜的发病与食物不耐受相关,检查患者血清中食物特异性Ig G对变态反应性皮肤病的诊疗具有一定指导意义。Objective: To investigete the 14 kinds of food intolerance among patients with eezama, chronic urticaria and anaphylactoid purpura. Method: ELISA method was applied to determining the serum concentration of 14 kinds food allergen IgG in L85hospitalized patients and 60 healthy person. Thedegrees of allergization were observed and compared in different kinds of food.Result: The result showed that the total prevalance of 185 hospitalized patients was 76.8%.The prevalanee of eczama was 82.4%, and 75% of chronic urticaria and 70.7% of anphylactoid purpura.All of these prevalance were significant higher than the normal control group.The positive rate of milk, egg white/egg yolk was the highest among the 14 kinds of foods detected by 185 patients.Conclusion: The incidence of eczema, chronic urticaria and anphylactoid purpura was related to food intolerance.The detection of food-specific IgG in the serum has a directive significance for diagnosis and treatment of allergic skin diseases.
