千鸟格织物的设计与生产

摘　　要：千鸟格织物是一种加强斜纹组织与两种色泽的经纱和纬纱经合理配色模纹设计而得到的一种色织产品。采用涤/腈中长纤维开发出一种具有千鸟格风格的女式套装面料。介绍了织物的原料选用、组织结构设计、织物规格设计、上机工艺参数和工艺流程,并对络筒、整经、织造等工序的关键生产工艺作了系统分析,提出了可行的工艺参数和技术措施。经测试,产品的织造效率达93%,下机一等品率达90%,入库一等品率达99%,可满足女式套装面料的使用要求。The swallowgird fabric is a kind of classical yarn-dyed product with strengthened twill weave of designed color warp and weft. A swallow gird style of polyester/nitrile midfiber fabric for women＇ s suit is developed. The selection of raw material, organization structure design, fabric specification design, processing factors and process flow are introduced, the key technical measures of fabric production such as winding, warping and weaving process are systematically analyzed, and feasible process parameters and technical measures are put forward. The results show that the weaving efficiency of the new product reaches 93%, the ratio of good fabric reaches 90%, and first grade rate for storage reaches 99%, which could meet the requirements of women＇s suits fabric.
