摘  要:为符合绿色化学的要求,解决传统酯化反应催化剂浓硫酸设备腐蚀、副反应多等问题,以价格低廉的吗啡啉为原料,设计合成了1-(3-磺酸基)丙基-3-甲基吗啡啉甲磺酸盐[Mor-C_3SO_3H]MeSO_3等4种磺酸功能化离子液体,利用傅里叶变换红外光谱和核磁氢谱对产品的结构进行了表征,并通过催化合成乙酸正丁酯考察离子液体的催化活性。结果表明:当乙酸与正丁醇摩尔比为1.2∶1,催化剂[Mor-C_3SO_3H]MeSO_3用量为正丁醇质量的5%,带水剂环己烷用量为正丁醇质量的20%,在95℃下,反应5 h,乙酸正丁酯收率可达96.44%,离子液体经回收干燥重复使用7次酯收率仍在94%以上。In order to meet the requirements of green chemistry, solving the problems of traditional esterification catalyst, equipment corrosion, side reactions and so on, with morpholine as raw material, sulfonic acid functionalized ionic liquids, like 1-( 3-sulfonic group ) propyl-3-methyl morpholino methyl sulfonate were successfully synthesized. The structures and properties were characterized with the Fourier transform infrared spectrometer and nuclear magnetic resonance spectrometer. The catalytic performance of the catalyst was investigated in the application of esterification reaction of acetic acid with butyl alcohol. The yield of n-Butyl acetate was up to 96.44% under the optimized conditions of n( CH3COOH) : n( C4H9OH) = 1.2: 1, the mass of catalyst [ Mor-C3SO3H] MeSO3 was 5% of the quality of butyl alcohol, the mass of water carrying agent was 20% of the quality of butyl alcohol, temperature was 95 ℃, and reaction time was 5 h. The catalysts also could be recycled for 7 times, and the catalytic activity still kept more than 94%.
