摘  要:针对当前地震微测井仪器在施工和数据采集方面的难题,从提高数据采集质量及仪器功能性方面提出了几种改进方法.主要利用MEMS加速度传感器结合多路并行处理采集方法设计了数字检波器,并集成姿态检测技术直接实现水平分量数据的校正功能,保证系统采集的质量;提出了Ethernet-RS485分布式总线自动控制技术,实现各级联探管的随机组合,同时采用电动方式控制探管操作,提高系统的集成化程度.文中详细分析了利用姿态检测技术实现水平分量数据校正的方法,解决了级联探管随机组合控制和震源激发方位的判定问题.仪器单节探管支持三分量并行采集,有效分辨率达18位,参数可远程配置,同时具备快速显示探管姿态的功能,且支持远程控制,非常适于复杂环境下的工程勘探,整个系统实现全数字化操作且仅需四芯电缆互连,从而缩小了设备的体积和重量,降低施工布线的复杂性.In view of the difficulties in the construction and data acquisition of seismic mciro-VSP uphole instruments, several improved methods are proposed to improve the quality of data acquisition and the function of the instrument. The digital geophone is designed by employing MEMS acceleration sensor combined with multi-channel parallel processing, and the integrated gesture detection technology is used to realize the calibration function of the horizontal component data directly, so as to ensure the data calibration quality of the system. An automatic control technology of distributed bus based on Ethernet-RS485 is proposed, which can realize the random combination of the probe at all levels. Meanwhile, the electric mode is used to control the operation of the probe in order to improve the degree of integration of the system. In this paper, the method of using the gesture detection technology to realize the calibration of horizontal component data is discussed in detail. The determination of the random combination control and the vibrator shot orientation is also addressed in this work. The single probe supports three components parallel acquisition with effective resolution of 18 bits. The parameters can be remotely configured, with fast display of probe gesture and support of remote control function, which is suitable for engineering exploration under the complex environment. The whole system can realize the full digital operation and only need four core cables to interconnect, thus reducing the volume and weight of the equipment, and reducing the complexity of the wiring.
