摘 要:目的:建立测定福辛普利钠片中福辛普利拉含量的HPLC方法。方法:采用加校正因子主成分自身对照法,选择Waters XBridge C18(5μm 4.6×250 mm)为固定相,乙腈-0.2%磷酸溶液(44︰56)为流动相,流速1.0 m L·min-1,检测波长为215 nm。结果:福辛普利钠和福辛普利拉在浓度4.0~24.0μg·m L-1范围内线性关系良好。福辛普利拉平均回收率为100.4%。结论:该方法专属性强、灵敏度高、操作简单,可用于测定福辛普利钠片中福辛普利拉含量。Objective: To establish a HPLC method for determining the content of fosinoprilat in tbsinopril sodium tablets.Methods: Main component sell-compare with calibration factor. The analysis was performed on a Waters XBridge C18(5μm 4.6×250 mm). The mobile phase was composed of acetonitrile and 0.2 % phosphoric acid with the volume ratio of 44 : 56. The flow rate of mobile phase and the detection wavelength were 1.0 mL-min-l and 215 nm, respectively. Results: The chromatographic perk area and concentration of fosinopril sodium and fosinoprilat showed a good linear relationship at the range of 4.0-24.0 μg.mL-1. The average recovery of fosinoprilat was 100.4 %. Conclusion: The method is specific, sensitive and simple operation.It can be used for the content determination of fosinoprilat in fosinopril sodium tablets.
