摘　　要：创新是引领发展的第一动力。在"海洋强国"、"海上丝绸之路"和"科技兴海"的战略实施过程中,创新是贯穿于其中的核心理念。海洋科学教育作为海洋发展的根本和基石,需要以创新为引领,为海洋开发和利用提供智力支持和人才服务。本文论述了创新在海洋科学教育中的核心地位,以期为深化海洋科学教育改革提供新的着力点。innovation is the greatest motive behind development. In line with the implementation of national strategic objectives of ＂Maritime Powers＂, ＂＇Maritime Silk Road＂ and ＂＇Technology and the Sea＂, creativity remains the philosophy behind these initiatives. Since marine sciences education serves as the basis for marine development, creativity is prerequisite to provide intelligent support and talent services for marine resources exploitation. This paper described the key roles of innovation in marine sciences education that provides novel acting point on education reform of marine sciences.
