崇州市基层医疗机构人员手卫生依从性和知晓率调查

摘　　要：目的探讨信息平台培训对基层医疗机构人员手卫生依从率和知晓率的影响。方法运用信息平台对全市49家基层医疗机构进行手卫生知识培训,对培训前后各单位人员手卫生依从性和知晓率进行对比。结果手卫生依从率由培训前的72.15%提高到80.83%(P<0.05),知晓率由78.25%提高到91.93%(P<0.05)。结论通过信息平台培训,基层医疗机构手卫生依从性和知晓率均有所提高。Objective To investigate the impacts of online trainings on the awareness of and compliance with hand disinfection practices among medical personnel of primary medical institutions.Methods The methods of on-site observation and interviews were used to assess,and we compared the hand hygiene work in 2,000 medical personnel from 49 primary medical institutions retrospectively.Results Among all the studied 14,700 hand hygiene moments,the compliance rate increased from 72.15% to 80.83% after the training（P0.05）,and the awareness rate increased from 78.11% to 91.78% after the training（P0.05）.Conclusion Online training is helpful for enhancing hand hygiene awareness and compliance;the compliance rate in private hospitals is significantly higher than in public primary hospitals.
