摘 要:建立了混合酸分解-电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定煤灰中15种稀土元素的分析方法,该方法的检出限为0.007~0.033μg/g,精密度(RSD,n=6)均小于5.0%,使用土壤和岩石标准物质进行验证后,测定结果与标准值相符。运用该方法测定了不同商品煤灰化后稀土元素的含量,结果表明ΣREE为300~1100μg/g,LREE/HREE为3.11~4.80,轻稀土元素占总稀土元素的75.66%~82.61%。另外,伊泰煤灰化后稀土元素总量明显较低,这可能与其低灰分有关。A analysis method to measure the concentration of 15 rare earth elements (REE) in coal ashes by mixed acid de composition and inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS) method was established, the detection limit of this method was 0. 007-0. 033 μg/g, the relative standard deviation (RSD, n=6) was less than 5.0%. The accuracy and precision of this method were validated by standard substance of soil and rock and the results were consistent with the standard values. The contents of REE in different coal ashes were measured by this method. The results showed that the contents of REE in different coal ashes were 300-1100 μg/g, the ratio of LREE to HREE was 3. 1144.80 and the proportion of LREE in total REE was 75.66 % - 82.61%. In addition, the content of REE in coal ash of Yitai coal was lower than the others that may had a relationship with the lower ash content.
