摘　　要：针对尿素装置解吸回流冷凝器换热管结垢堵塞严重的情况,通过设备拆检与垢样分析,查找原因,采取机械清洗与化学清洗相结合,同时增加相关改造,使问题得到解决。In a urea factory, scale occurred in desorption reflux condenser, causing severe block in heat exchanger tube. Dissembling the equipment and analyzing the scale, we found the reason of scaling, and took physical cleaning combined with chemical cleaning and reformed on related equipment. Scaling was completely solved.
