摘　　要：对高校基建项目存在的材料采购规划性较弱、材料管理重视程度不高、过于依赖外包管理等问题进行剖析,并实证分析相应风险,最后提出建立严格的采购制度等相关方面的措施与意见。This paper focuses on the problems of material procurement planning in infrastructure projects of colleges and universities, such as the weak planning of material construction, the low degree of emphasis on material management, the over-reliance on outsourcing management, and analyzes the corresponding risks. Finally, puts forward the related measures and opinions such as to estaldish strict procurement systems
