摘 要:石油钻机扭矩实时测量对保障工作安全和提高经济效益具有重要意义。针对应变式扭矩测力仪使用一段时间后精度降低问题,设计了一种压电式扭矩测力仪。其具有体积小、量程大和稳定性好等优点。首先构建了测力仪的三维模型,论述了测力仪的测量原理;然后推导了电荷放大电路输出电压与输入电荷之间的关系式,设计了高输入阻抗的电荷转换核心电路,使输入阻抗达到1014Ω,并给出了无线传输电路的具体实施方案;最后对测力仪进行了静态标定,其非线性为1.17%,重复性为0.46%。该压电式扭矩测力仪性能指标达到了钻机扭矩实时监控的要求。The real-time measurement of oil rig torque is very important to ensure the safety of work and improve the economic efficiency.In order to solve the problem that the accuracy of strain torque dynamometer is reduced after a period of time,apiezoelectric torque dynamometer is designed,which has a small size,large range and good stability,etc.Firstly,the 3 Dmodel of dynamometer is established,and the measurement principle of dynamometer is discussed,then the relationship between the output voltage and the input charge of the charge amplifying circuit is deduced,the charge transfer core circuit with high input impedance that reaches to 1014Ωis designed,and the concrete implementation scheme of the wireless transmission circuit is given.At last,the static calibration of dynamometer is carried out,the non-linearity is 1.17% and the repeatability is 0.46%.The performance of the piezoelectric torque dynamometer has reached the requirements of real-time monitoring of drilling torque.
