摘　　要：文章通过对地方高水平理工科大学科技成果对当地企业实施的转移转化的有利条件与不利因素展开分析,从主观、客观等原因,校内、校外,体制、机制多个角度,以问题为导向,提出解决办法。Paper on science and technology achievements in local universities on the transfer of local enterprises to implement the favorable conditions and unfavorable factors analyzed from the subjective and objective reasons, inside and outside universities, various angles in system and mechanism, problem-oriented solutions.
