摘　　要：大学学术职业国际化是面向未来的高等教育国际化的核心内容。知识流动的国际化给大学教师的学术职业生活带来巨大的变革,其面临价值遭遇挑战、学术发展空间缩小、个人需求日益膨胀的挑战。在大学学术职业国际化理想与现实的碰撞中,我们亟需深入思考关于开放性与自主性、过程与结果、"引进来"与"走出去"等问题。为寻求理想与现实的融合,要在提高学术职业发展自主权、建立优秀人才流通机制等方面勇于创新和突破,更要建立提高学术职业核心价值的良性循环机制,坚守学术职业的使命与责任。The internationalization of academic profession was the core content of internationalization of higher education facing the future. The internationalization of knowledge flow has brought great changes to the academic professional life of university teachers. Its existence value encountered challenges,and the academic development space shrank,and the individual demand expanded day by day. In the collision between the ideal and the reality of the internationalization of university academic profession,we need to think deeply about the issues of openness and autonomy,process and resuh,＂bring in＂ and ＂ go out＂. In order to find the fusion of ideal and reality,it was thought that the development of academic autonomy were improved,and occupation talents circulation mechanism were established and other aspects of innovation and breakthrough, moreover,improvement of the benign circulation mechanism of academic occupation core values would been set up to adhere to the mission and responsibility of academic occupation.
