参芪十一味颗粒联合同步放疗治疗鼻咽癌的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨在放疗的基础上联合应用参芪十一味颗粒对鼻咽癌患者临床疗效和不良反应的影响。方法:将120例初诊的鼻咽癌患者随机分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组在常规放射治疗的基础上联合应用参芪十一味颗粒;对照组接受常规放射治疗。治疗结束后再对两组患者的临床疗效、常规血液学指标以及放疗过程中各种放疗副反应等进行对比统计分析。结果:治疗组临床疗效优于对照组(P<0.05),而且放疗过程中不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组患者的常规血液学指标(白细胞、红细胞、血红蛋白等)均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在放疗的基础上同时应用参芪十一味颗粒能有效提高鼻咽癌患者的临床疗效,增强患者免疫力,降低放疗后副反应的发生。Objective： To investigate the effect of combined application of Shenqi eleven particles on the clinical efficacy and adverse reactions in patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma after radiotherapy.Methods：120 patients with newly diagnosed nasopharyngeal carcinoma were randomly divided into experimental group and control group.Experimental group： based on the conventional radiotherapy combined with Shenqi eleven particles; Control group： only received conventional radiotherapy and non simultaneous application of Shenqi eleven particles.After the end of treatment,the clinical efficacy of two groups of patients,routine hematology and various side effects of radiotherapy were compared and analyzed.Results： The clinical efficacy of the treatment group was better than the control group（P〈0.05）,and the incidence rate of adverse reaction in treatment group during radiotherapy was lower than the control group（P 〈0.05）; routine blood indexes（white blood cells,red blood cells and hemoglobin） of the treatment group were significantly higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion： On the basis of radiotherapy,simultaneous application of Shenqi eleven particles can not only effectively improve the clinical efficacy of patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma,but also enhance the immune system,reduce the incidence of adverse reaction during radiotherapy.
