摘　　要：糖尿病性冠心病病因病机主要为气阴两虚、痰浊瘀血阻滞。魏子孝教授从心肌缺血和心功能不全两方面"抓主症"辨治,注重随证加减,兼顾饮食、情志调护,临床疗效显著。Diabetic coronary heart disease is one of the most common and major chronic vascular complications of diabetes,and it is the main cause of death.The etiology and pathogenesis of diabetic coronary heart disease mainly for qi and yin deficiency,phlegm turbid blood stasis block.Professor WEI Zi-xiao emphasize ＂grasp the primary symptom＂ syndrome differentiation and treatment from two aspects of myocardial ischemia and cardiac insufficiency,pay attention to treatment based on syndrome differentiation,with the card to add and subtract,balance diet,modern aftercare,clinical curative effect is remarkable.
