体外冲击波联合续筋接骨液及理筋手法治疗肩袖损伤的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察体外冲击波联合续筋接骨液及理筋手法治疗肩袖损伤的临床疗效。方法:选取60例肩袖损伤患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例,对照组患者予续筋接骨液配合理筋手法治疗。治疗组在对照组基础上采用局部冲击波治疗,比较两组患者临床疗效。结果:治疗后两组患者VAS评分均降低,调整的CMS评分均增加,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),且治疗组患者治疗后VAS评分低于对照组,调整的CMS评分高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。优良率治疗组为96.67%,对照组为83.33%;治疗组疗效优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:体外冲击波联合续筋接骨液及理筋手法治疗肩袖损伤有较好疗效。Objective： To observe the curative effect of extracorporeal shock wave therapy combined with Xujin Jiegu liquid（续筋接骨液,XJJGL） and sinew adjusting manipulation on rotator cuff injury.Methods： The60 patients with rotator cuff injury were selected,and were randomly divided into observation group and control group,and the control group was treated with sinew adjusting manipulation and oral traditional Chinese medicine of XJJGL.In addition,patients in the observation group were treated with extracorporeal shock wave therapy and compared the clinical efficacy of the two groups.Results： After treatment,the VAS scores of the two groups were decreased and the adjustment of the CMS scores increased,the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）,and the VAS score of treatment group was lower than that of control group,adjusted CMS score higher than the control group,the differences were statistically significant（P〈 0.05）.The excellent and good rate was96.67% in the treatment group and 83.33% in the control group.The curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group; the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion： The union of extracorporeal shock wave therapy,XJJGL and sinew adjusting manipulation has good effect.
