葛根汤加味熏洗配合理筋手法治疗早中期肩峰下撞击综合征120例临床观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨葛根汤加味熏洗配合理筋手法治疗早中期肩峰下撞击综合征的临床疗效。方法:选取早中期肩峰下撞击综合征患者120例作为研究对象。随机分为两组,对照组60例,采用双氯芬酸二乙胺乳胶剂肩部外用涂抹;治疗组60例,采用葛根汤加味外用熏洗配合理筋手法治疗。比较两组患者治疗总有效率,观察两组患者给药前后肩关节功能、VAS评分、UCLA评分等指标。结果:两组3个月后等级疗效经秩和检验,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后两组VAS评分、UCLA评分,关节活动度比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组均优于对照组。结论:葛根汤加味熏洗配合理筋手法可明显改善早中期肩峰下撞击综合征患者的临床症状。Objective： To investigate the clinical efficacy and systematic evaluation of Gegen Decoction（葛根汤） fumigation and tendon manipulation on early and middle impingement syndrome.Methods： Clinical ethics committee of our hospital approved the clinical randomized controlled study,we selected 120 patients with early and middle impingement syndrome as the study object,and then randomly divided into two groups,60 cases in each.The control group（60 cases） was treated with diclofenac diethylamine emulgel shoulder external application;the treatment group（60 cases） was treated with Gegen Decoction plus topical fumigation and tendon manipulation.The total effective rate of the two groups was compared,and the shoulder function,VAS score and UCLA score of the two groups before and after the treatment were observed.Results： After 3 months,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant（P〈0.05）; after treatment,the VAS score,UCLA score and joint mobility of the two groups were significantly different（P〈0.05）.The treatment group was better than the control group.Conclusion： Gegen Decoction fumigation combined with tendon manipulation can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients with early and middle impingement syndrome.
