摘　　要：目的分析医院医疗纠纷频发的原因,探讨防范及解决医疗纠纷的对策。方法结合相关文献,对近年来发生医疗纠纷的现状和原因进行分析,提出防范和解决医疗纠纷的方式方法。结果通过建章立制、加强医患沟通、提高医院管理水平、完善社会支持机制等措施,能够有效预防和解决医疗纠纷。结论防范和解决医疗纠纷需要医、患及社会多方共同努力,社会支持机制是有效解决医疗纠纷的重要途径,需要尽快完善。Objective To strategies to prevent and solve analyze medical the causes of frequent medical disputes in hospitals and to explore disputes. Methods The status quo and causes of medical disputes in recent years were analyzed with reference to related literature, and possible ways to prevent and solve medical disputes were proposed. Results Medical disputes could be effectively prevented or settled by formulating rules and regulations, strengthening doctor-patient communication, improving hospital management and perfecting the mechanism of social support. Conclusion Concerted efforts by doctors, patients and institutions are required to prevent and solve medical disputes, and the social supporting mechanism can play an important role, which needs to be enhanced as soon as possible
