摘  要:针对某钢厂将100tRH炉天然气烘烤改为顶吹氧去除冷钢工艺改造进行了研究,分别对不同枪位和氧气流量下的速度场进行了数值模拟,根据计算结果确定了在枪位为5.5~6.5m、氧气流量为900~1200m3/h时顶吹氧去除冷钢工艺可行,并通过工业试验进行了验证,明显提高了其RH炉的连续处理能力,月处理比例由28.5%提高到36.0%左右,单月最高处理比例达48.8%。The process transformation of cold steel removal, the natural gas baking was replaced by top blowing oxygen in a 100 t RH furnace, was studied. The velocity distribution of gas was simulated with different oxygen lance position and different oxygen flow. According to the calculated results, it was feasible to remove cold steel with top blowing oxygen process at oxygen lance position of 5.5 - 6.5 m and oxygen flow of 900 - 1 200 m3/h, which has been verified by industrial test. Top blowing oxygen process of RH furnace was successfully developed in this research, which significantly improved the continuous processing capacity of RH furnace. The monthly processing capacity was increased from less than 28.5% to about 36.0% , and the highest proportion of single month could be reached to 48.8%.
