摘  要:在分析首钢京唐公司2230冷连轧机组带头飞翘原因的基础上,调整了轧机出口的剪切张力和剪切穿带速度,提出了加装磁铁,调整穿带速度,调整剪切张力和变厚度轧制等措施,成功解决了厚带钢带头飞翘问题,实现了稳定剪切穿带,显著降低了机组停机时间和废品量。Based on the analysis of the causes of the flying up of the strip head in SGJT 2230 Tandem Cold Rolling Mill, the shear tension and the shear threading speed of the exit end of the mill were adjusted. The measures such as installing the magnet, adjusting the threading speed, adjusting the shear tension and the variable thickness rolling were put forward. As a result, the problem of the flying up of the thick strip head was successfully solved, the shear threading was stable, and the unit downtime and the quantity of scrap Were significantly reduced.
