摘 要:探索新型农业经营主体节水灌溉技术采纳行为的影响因素,对于促进我国现代农业发展具有重要意义。基于对北京125个蔬菜种植新型农业经营主体的调查数据,运用Logistics采纳模型,分析新型农业经营主体采纳节水灌溉技术行为,探讨其采纳行为的影响因素。结果表明,在样本蔬菜种植新型农业经营主体中,已经采纳节水灌溉技术的占71.2%,且以采纳工程节水技术为主。在新型农业经营主体节水灌溉技术采纳影响因素方面,技术指导、资金补贴和认知程度等因素对新型农业经营主体采纳节水灌溉技术有显著正向促进作用,而社员管理、销售情况和成本感知则有显著负向影响。研究表明,新型农业经营主体节水灌溉技术采纳行为受到一些因素促进又受到部分因素阻碍,应降低阻碍因素对新型农业经营主体的负作用,提升促进因素的牵引力作用。因此,提出加大宣传力度,扩大示范推广区域,加大政策支持力度和给予技术指导与服务等措施来促进采纳行为。Exploring the influencing factors of new agricultural management entities’ adoption of water saving irrigation technology is of great significance to promote the development of modern agriculture in China. Based on a survey data of 125 new type vegetable production entities in Beijing, and applying the Logistics model, this paper analyzed new agricultural management entities’ adoption behaviors of water saving irrigation technology and their influencing factors. Results show that, 71.2% of the sampled new agricultural management entities adopted water saving irrigation technology, most of which adopted the engineering water saving technology. Among the influencing factors, technical guidance, financial subsidies and cognitive level have significant positive impacts on their adoption behaviors. While the membership management and the sales and cost perception have significant negative impacts. Therefore, to promote the adoption of the water saving irrigation technology by the new agricultural management entities, this paper suggests to reduce the negative impacts of the hindrance factors and to enhance the positive effects of those promoting factors by increasing public efforts, expanding the demonstration areas, and strengthening governmental support measures on technology and finance.
