研制新型加药装置提高调驱施工安全

摘　　要：在调驱施工过程中,使用开放式干粉射流分散器进行调驱药液配制,供水闸门需要频繁开关,会造成注水管网压力频繁波动、调驱药剂洒落、管线和闸门漏失等安全环保隐患。通过全封闭电动加药装置的研制和应用,彻底解决了以上问题,保障了重大开发试验项目深部调驱的施工安全。In the construction process of profile modification and oil displacement,the water supply gate needs to be switched on and off frequently after adopting open dry powder jet dispenser to prepare the liquid. This may result in such safety and environmental hazards as frequent fluctuation of pressure in water injection pipe network,spattering of oil displacement agents,leakage of pipelines and valves and so forth. Through development and application of the closed electric dosing device,the above-mentioned problems are solved completely. And this ensures the construction safety in the deep profile modification and oil displacement of major development of pilot projects.
