摘　　要：红色文化是马克思主义中国化进程中的第一个新文化形态,是中国共产党的宝贵精神财富和巨大政治优势,是中华民族永保旺盛斗志和进取精神的强大动力,是构建社会主义先进文化的不竭源泉,是培育社会主义核心价值观的重要文化资源。在实现中华民族伟大复兴的新时期,全面认识红色文化的内涵和价值,深刻理会其与社会主义核心价值观对接性和互动性的关系,充分挖掘和开发红色资源,重温红色情怀、再造红色经典、体验红色之旅、开发红色资源、抓好红色育人,打造红色文化精品,把红色文化教育融入国民教育全过程,发挥其教育教化和价值引导的功能,为培育社会主义核心价值观营造良好的教育氛围,努力推进其时代化与大众化,开创文化建设新局面,是新时期的伟大使命。The red culture is the first new culture form in the process of localization of Marxism in China, the precious spiritual wealth and the great political advantage of Communist Party of China, the Chinese forever preservable strong fighting and enterprising spirit of the powerful driving force, the inexhaustible source of constructing socialist advanced culture, and an important cultural resource for nurturing the core values of the socialist. In the new period of achieving the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation, a comprehensive understanding of the connotation and value of the red cul- ture, in-depth understanding the docking and interactive relationship of the red culture with the socialist core value, and fully tapping of red resources, reliving the feelings, the classic red, red reconstruction experience red tour, the exploita- tion of red resources, creating red education, the red culture boutique, blending the red culture education into the whole process of national education, the educational value and playing a guiding function for the cultivation of socialist core val- ues to create a good atmosphere for education, promoting the modernization and popularization, and creating a new situa- tion in cultural construction, all belong to a great mission in the new period.
