摘　　要："卞和献宝"是考察中国文学母题的意蕴生发损益的典型案例,这可以从文史虚实考辨、寓言立意、文学创作的接受阐释、思想史的影响等角度来进行探究。参以史学的考证和文史虚实的分殊,可以见出卞和献宝确有其事,但经过了韩非的"虚饰"加工。正是韩非对卞和事件"以立意为宗"的先秦诸子式的寓言改写,才使之具有了表珍宝良才、怀才不遇、楚音"深情"的悲剧感等文学意蕴,此后文学创作"事类"援用所昭示的接受性阐释大致以此为起点。这一寓言所蕴含的价值取向值得重视,卞和客观而纯粹的"求真"取向颇近于西方科学主义精神,在诸子多元时代不乏同类,但随着"儒道互补"思想史格局的形成,则被转入了儒家取向中逐步失落其"求真"品格,这在一定程度表徵了文学母题的价值观念受制于思想史的走向,而逐渐失去了它原有的主体性和丰富性。The allusion of ＂Bian He Presents Unique Jade to the Emperor＂ is widely used at the present time. According to the historical records, it was an actual occurrence but the story was rewritten and given some literary fantastic phenom- ena by Han Fei. From the perspective of literary genealogy, the critical factor of creating the implication in this allusion is the connotation and the literary fantastic phenomena which were given by Han Fei. As the most important part of music in Chu, the story of underappreciated is to show the feeling of affectionateness. The tragic inherence in the allusion con- tains the objective and pure orientation to ＂seek truth＂ ; however, the value orientation in the allusion had finally turned to Confucianism since the orientation of ideological history. This allusion typically shows the gains and losses of the impli- cation in the motif of Chinese Literature.
