超声定位肩峰下滑囊注射术联合超声定位结节间沟注射术治疗肩周炎的疗效

摘　　要：目的 :探讨用超声定位肩峰下滑囊注射术联合超声定位结节间沟注射术治疗肩周炎的疗效。方法 :回顾性研究近年来在武胜县人民医院接受治疗的82例肩周炎患者的临床资料。将这82例患者平均分为治疗X组和治疗Y组。使用超声定位肩峰下滑囊注射术联合超声定位结节间沟注射术对治疗X组患者进行治疗,使用解剖定位肩峰下滑囊注射术联合解剖定位结节间沟注射术对治疗Y组患者进行治疗。治疗结束后,比较两组患者的疗效、VAS(视觉模拟评分法)的评分和生活质量的评分。结果 :治疗结束后,治疗X组患者治疗的总有效率和生活质量的评分均高于治疗Y组患者,其VAS的评分低于治疗Y组患者,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 :用超声定位肩峰下滑囊注射术联合超声定位结节间沟注射术治疗肩周炎的效果较好,可有效地缓解患者疼痛的症状,改善其生活质量。Objective： To investigate the efficacy of subacromial bursa injection combined with interubercular sulcus injection at assistance of ultrasonic location for treatment of scapulohumeral periarthritis. Methods： Restrospectively research the material of patients of scapulohumeral periarthritis treated in People＇s Hospital of Wusheng county in recent years.Divided the 82 patients into X group and Y group. Treat X group with treatment of subacromial bursa injection combined with interubercular sulcus injection at assistance of ultrasonic location,treat Y group with subacromial bursa injection combined with interubercular sulcus injection at assistance of open location. In the end of treatment, compare total effective rate, VAS score and life quality score of 2 groups. Results： In the end of treatment, effective rate and life quality score of X group are higher than Y group,but VAS score are lower than Y group（P0.05）. Conclusion： Efficacy of apply subacromial bursa injection combined with interubercular sulcus injection at assistance of ultrasonic location for treatment of scapulohumeral periarthritis is good, this treatment may relieve pain and improve life quality of patients.
