摘 要:利用Aspen Plus模拟软件对CO_2捕集生产碳酸丙烯酯精馏工段进行模拟优化。首先根据物系性质选取合适的热力学方法和模拟模型,再对待分离组分进行分析,确定合适的分离序列,即采用双塔精馏,主要产品碳酸丙烯酯在一塔塔釜获得,副产品丙二醇在塔塔釜获得;运用Aspen Plus中的DSTWU模块,确定精馏塔的初始参数。在初始参数下,利用Aspen Plus的Rad FRac模块对二塔进行严格计算,并通过多次优化得到了合适的进料温度、操作压力;利用Sensitivity模块进行灵敏度分析,得到2个塔的进料位置、回流比、馏出比等参数的优化结果。产品PC质量分数达到99.6%,产品PG质量分数达到99.9%,达到分离要求。This paper mainly uses the Aspen Plus simulation software to simulate and optimize the distillation section in the production of propylene carbonate by capture of CO2. Firstly,the suitable thermodynamic method and simulation model are selected according to the physical properties of substances. And then,the components to be separated are analyzed in order to determine appropriate separation sequence. Finally,the double columns distillation process is employed,in which the main product propylene carbonate is obtained at the kettle of the first column and the by-product propylene glycol is obtained at the kettle of the second column.The DSTWU module in Aspen Plus is used to determine the initial parameters of distillation columns.Given the determined initial parameters,the Rad FRac module in Aspen Plus is used to carry out rigorous calculation on two columns,and the proper feeding temperature and operating pressure are obtained through several times of optimization.The sensitivity module is used to do sensitivity analysis,and the optimization results of feeding position,reflux ratio and distillate ratio for both two columns are obtained. The mass fraction of propylene carbonate product reaches 99. 6% and that of propylene glycol product reaches99. 9%,both meeting the separation requirements.
