摘  要:阜阳市向阳路颍河大桥主桥为(47+148+47)m三跨下承式梁拱组合体系钢结构拱桥,为保证主拱圈的横向稳定,在两片主拱圈顶部设置一道"X"型三维曲面构造钢箱结构风撑,采用搭设支架辅以高架龙门吊在离桥面31.5 m高空进行风撑拼装。运用计算机建模,三维测量放样等技术在车间建立胎架整体制造,然后切割成方便汽运的运输节段,将运输节段在施工现场组拼成大块吊装节段,采用起重量75 t高架龙门吊全覆盖拼装施工;利用三维空间坐标系采集每个吊装节段控制点的三维坐标,通过调节砂箱三维坐标控制风撑定位。为保证风撑拼装顺利合龙,先对称拼装四角处节段,后拼装中间合龙节段,合龙节段预留50 mm的收缩量,根据合龙当天气温现场切割合龙段。实践证明,该桥施工采用一系列关键技术有效解决了施工难题,保证了大桥施工安全及工程质量,缩短了工期。The main part of Yinghe Bridge on Xiangyang Road of Fuyang is a composite system of beam-arch steel structure arch bridge with (47 + 148 + 47 ) m three-span below-bearing capacity. In order to ensure the lateral stability of the main arch ring, a steel box structure wind bracing with "X" type three-dimensional curved surface structure is arranged at the top of two main arch rings, using scaffold erection with elevated gantry crane to fulfill the wind bracing assembly at a height of 31.5 m from the bridge surface. The technologies, such as computer modeling, 3D measurement lofting, are adopted to build the frame overall manufacturing in the workshop, then it is cut into convenient transportation sections, finally the transportation sections are assembled into a large lifting segment at the construction site to complete the whole covering erec- tion construction by using the 75 t elevated gantry crane. By using three-dimensional space coordinate system, the 3D coor- dinates at each lifting segment control point are collected, and the wind bracing location is controlled by adjusting the sand box three-dimensional coordinate. In order to ensure the successful closure of wind bracing assembly, the closure segments in the middle part are assembled after assembling the segments symmetrically at four corners, and 50 mm contraction is re- served for cutting closure sections according to the field temperature. Practice has proved that a series of key technologies used in the construction can effectively solve the construction problems, ensure the construction safety and quality of the bridge and shorten the construction period.
