摘　　要：访谈整理者按 受访人韩曾萃，教授级高级工程师，1936年生于湖北武汉，1958年毕业于清华大学水利工程系。曾任浙江省电力厅乌溪江水力发电工程局技术处、工业设计院和水电勘测设计院水电室及规划室、水利科学研究所江道室技术员。1973年后历任钱塘江工程管理局（河口海岸研究所）工程师、高级工程师。1983年后历任钱塘江管理局、河口海岸研究所副总工程师，钱塘江管理局局长、河口海岸研究所所长兼总工程师，钱塘江管理局、河口海岸研究所总工程师、省水利河口研究院技术顾问。Han Cengcui who has been involved in the research of harness the Qiantang estuary since the end of 1960s, and participated in the research, comparison and implementation of several schemes, creatively developed water environment research, has made important contributions to the harness and development of the Qiantang estuary. In this paper, Han Cengcui tells the early education and work experience, to participate in the Huangwan project, solve wastewater treatment of Qinshan Nuclear Power Plant and salt water intrusion of Hangzhou and sewage dispute of Hangzhou Bay and so on, as well as the administrator witnessed the standard project and the process of Qiantang River legislation. As a witness, his work experience is a useful complement to the history of Qiantang River, vividly show the story behind the events that are not known to all.
