经阴道四维超声输卵管造影与X线碘油输卵管造影诊断结果分析比较

摘　　要：目的探讨经阴道四维超声造影(4D-HyCoSy)在输卵管通畅性评价中的应用价值。方法 28例不孕患者,均采用SonoVue造影剂行经阴道四维超声输卵管造影与X线碘油输卵管造影(HSG)检查,观察患者输卵管通畅性。结果 28例患者52条输卵管四维超声造影显示输卵管通畅41条,其中通而不畅16条;阻塞11条。X线碘油造影检查结果显示:输卵管通畅40条,其中通而不畅12条;阻塞12条。Kappa分析显示κ值为0.832,表明这两种检查方法具有很高的一致性。结论经阴道子宫输卵管四维超声造影可动态显示子宫、输卵管形态,诊断宫腔粘连及宫腔占位性病变,评价输卵管的通畅情况具有一定优势。Objective To investigate the application value of transvaginal 4D-hysterosalpingo-contrast sonography （4D-HyCoSy） in the evaluation of tubal patency. Methods 28 infertile patients were all examined by transvaginal 4D-hysterosalpingo-contrast sonography and hysterosalpingography （HSG） with SonoVue contrast agent, and the tubal patency was observed. Results According to 4D-hysterosalpingo-eontrast sonography, there were 41 patency tubal, including 16 pass and not smooth tubal and 11 obstruction tubal in 52 tubal of 28 patients. According to X-ray hysterosalpingography results, there were 40 patency tubal, including 12 pass and not smooth tubal and 12 obstruction tubal. Kappa analysis showed that the K value was 0.832, which suggested that the two methods have high consistency. Conclusion Transvaginal 4D-hysterosalpingo-contrast sonography has certain advantages in dynamically showing the uterus, fallopian tube morphology, diagnosing intrauterine adhesions and uterine space occupying lesions, and evaluating tubal patency.
