摘　　要：目的探究新生儿Rh溶血病的临床诊断及治疗。方法 200例Rh血型不合孕产妇作为研究对象,根据诊断方法不同分为对照组和研究组,每组100例。对照组运用血型血清学检测方法进行诊断;研究组运用人性化方法进行诊断。两组均根据诊断采取药物治疗。观察两组治疗效果。结果研究组治疗总有效率为93.0%,对照组为74.0%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论强化临床新生儿Rh溶血病诊断方法 ,运用人性化诊断方法对临床Rh血型不合孕产妇进行诊断,有助于提升临床新生儿Rh溶血病诊断准确率,为临床疾病治疗提供可靠依据,提升临床疾病治疗有效性,可在实际中推广应用。Objective To investigate the clinical diagnosis and treatment of neonatal Rh hemolytic disease. Methods A total of 200 Rh incompatible maternal women as study subjects were divided by different diagnostic methods into control group and research group, with 100 cases in each group. The control group was diagnosed with blood type serum detection method, and the research group was diagnosed with humanization method. Both groups were treated according to the diagnosis, and their treatment effect was observed. Results The research group had total treatment effective rate as 93.0%, which was 74.0% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Strengthening the clinical diagnosis of neonatal Rh hemolytic disease, along with humanized diagnosis method for diagnosis of maternal women with clinical Rh incompatibility, helps to improve the diagnostic accuracy of neonatal Rh hemolytic disease, provide reliable basis for clinical treatment of the disease, and improve clinical efficacy. It can be promoted and applied in practice.
