摘  要:目的了解泸州地区门诊男性性传播疾病(STD)患者生殖道感染EB病毒的现况。方法采用聚合酶链反应(PCR)技术检测328例门诊男性STD患者生殖道EB病毒感染情况。结果 328例男性STD患者中,有86例检出EB病毒,其阳性检出率为26.22%(86/328)。在86例EB病毒感染患者中,单纯感染EB病毒者14例,占16.28%(14/86);混合感染者72例,占83.72%(72/86)。混合感染者中,合并一种STD病原体(淋球菌、支原体、衣原体、人乳头瘤病毒)阳性者35例,占48.61%(35/72);合并两种STD病原体(淋球菌+支原体、淋球菌+衣原体、淋球菌+人乳头瘤病毒、支原体+衣原体、支原体+人乳头瘤病毒、衣原体+人乳头瘤病毒)阳性者17例,占23.61%(17/72);合并三种STD病原体(淋球菌+支原体+衣原体、支原体+衣原体+人乳头瘤病毒、淋球菌+衣原体+人乳头瘤病毒)阳性者13例,占18.06%(13/72);同时合并四种STD病原体(淋球菌+支原体+衣原体+人乳头瘤病毒)阳性者7例,占9.72%(7/72)。结论泸州地区男性STD患者对EB病毒具有易感性,用PCR技术进行检测具有简便、快捷、准确、特异性强的特点,检测的结果可作为诊断生殖道感染EB病毒的依据。Objective To understand the status of EB infection in reproductive tract infections in male outpatients with sexually transmitted diseases (STD) in Luzhou area. Methods Polymerase chain reaction (PCR) technique was used to detect the infection status of genital EB virus in 328 male outpatients with STD. Results Among 328 male STD patients, there were 86 eases with EB virus, with positive rate as 26.22% (86/328). Among the 86 patients with EB infection, there were 14 cases with EB virus, accounting for 16.28% (14/86), 72 cases with mixed infection, accounting for 83.72% (72/86). Among the mixed infected patients, 35 cases were combined with one kind of positive STD pathogen (Neisseria gonorrhoeae, Mycoplasma, chlamydia, human papillomavirus), accounting for 48.61% (35/72), 17 cases were combined with two kinds of positive STD pathogens (Neisseria gonorrhoeae + mycoplasma, Neisseria gonorrhoeae + chlamydia, Neisseria gonorrhoeae + Human papillomavirus, Mycoplasma + chlamydia, Mycoplasma + human papillomavirus, chlamydia + human papillomavirus), accounting for 23.61% (17/72), 13 cases were combined with three kinds of positive STD pathogens (Neisseria gonorrhoeae + mycoplasma + chlamydia, mycoplasma + chlamydia + human papilloma virus, Neisseria gonorrhoeae + chlamydia + human papillomavirus), accounting for 18.06% (13/72), 7 cases were combined with four kinds of positive STD pathogens (Neisseria gonorrhoeae + chlamydia + human papillomavirus), accounting for 9.72% (7/72). Conclusion The male STD patients in Luzhou area are susceptible to EB virus, and the detection of PCR is simple, fast, accurate and specific. The detection results can be used as basis of for EB virus diagnosis of genital tract infection EB virus.
