摘　　要：目的探讨经脐单孔腹腔镜胆囊切除术的安全性和可行性。方法回顾分析30例行经脐单孔腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者的临床资料,观察手术效果。结果 30例患者中,28例顺利完成单孔手术,2例因胆囊周围炎症、胆囊三角解剖困难改为两孔法胆囊切除术。全组患者术后3~5 d出院,无术后出血、胆漏、胆管损伤、切口感染、脐疝等并发症,患者脐部手术瘢痕隐蔽,不易察觉。结论经脐单孔腹腔镜胆囊切除术可安全进行,切口美容效果满意。Objective To investigate the safety and feasibility of transumbilical single-port laparoscopic eholecystectomy. Methods The clinical data of 30 patients undergoing transumbilical single-port laparoscopic eholecystectomy was retrospectively analyzed, and the surgical effect was observed. Results Among 30 patients, 28 cases successfully completed single-port surgery, and 2 cases were changed to two-port eholecystectomy because of the inflammation around the gallbladder and difficult dissection of gallbladder triangle. All patients were discharged in postoperative 3~5 d, no postoperative bleeding, bile leakage, bile duct injury, incision infection, umbilical hernia and other complications occurred. The umbilical surgical scar in was hidden and difficult to find. Conclusion Transumbilical single-port laparoscopic choleeystectomy is safe with satisfactory incision cosmetic effect.
