摘　　要：随着技术的不断成熟，人工智能正在吸引各行各业关注的目光。作为始终走在信息化前沿的金融业，也无例外地对大数据、人工智能技术投入了极大的热情。各金融机构纷纷成立与大数据、人工智能技术相关的研究团队，密切跟踪技术发展前沿走向，探索如何与金融服务密切结合。The wide application of AI in financial industry, such as intelligent robot, intelligent customer service, intelligent investment adviser, intelligent risk control, etc. AI can effectively reduce business operating costs, fully control the financial fraud risk, and greatly shorten the offline and online customer waiting time, improve the efficiency of customers' access and satisfaction to financial services.
