摘　　要：目的建立不同周龄SHR、Wistar大鼠血压及心电图背景数据参考值。方法分别选用12只SHR、Wistar大鼠,从6周龄开始对其体质量、血压及心电图各指标进行了为期17周的连续监测。结果 SHR大鼠6周龄开始,体质量增长缓于Wistar;血压指标包括心率、收缩压、舒张压、平均压均高于Wistar大鼠,并从10周龄开始血压趋于稳定;心电图指标,SHR、Wistar大鼠除部分间期如QT间期、ST间期指标6到9周龄数据偏低,其余指标均较稳定,其中RR间期、QT间期指标,SHR大鼠有高于Wistar大鼠的趋势。结论初步建立了6到22周龄的SHR、Wistar大鼠心血管系统的背景数据参考值,为其进一步应用提供了参考。Objective To set up background data reference values of blood pressure and electrocardiogram （ECG）in SHR、Wistar rats at different weeks of age.Method The values of body weight、blood pressure and ECG were obtained from 12 SHR and 12 Wistar rats since they were at 6 weeks of age to 22 weeks of age.Result The body weights of SHR had been lower than Wistar since 6 weeks of age; heart rate,systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure and mean pressure of SHR were all higher than those indexes of Wistar rats,blood pressure became steady since 10 weeks; ECG indexes had been stable with the exception of QT interval and ST interval which were a little lower from 6 to 9 weeks; among these indexes,RR interval、QT interval、ST interval of SHR were higher compared with those of Wistar.Conclusion Background data reference of SHR and Wistar from 6 weeks to 22 weeks had been initially established,concluding body weight,blood pressure and ECGs.
