摘　　要：文章基于对公共停车场的空间差异化需求分析,从需求预测—差异化供给—规划选址—服务区划分—规模分配—落实用地6个层面着手,结合"停车生成率+LA模型"构建了公共停车场规划方法,并将该方法引入了潍坊市中心城区公共停车场规划实践中加以论证。Bases on the analysis of different demand for public parking, thinking about the demand forecasting, different supply, site selection, service area division, scale allocation, and land implement, the paper puts forward the planning method with ＂parking generation rate＋LA model＂, and practices in the public parking planning of Weifang central city.
