雷公藤多甙联合甲氨蝶呤治疗类风湿关节炎的疗效研究

摘　　要：目的探讨类风湿关节炎患者应用雷公藤多甙片联合甲氨蝶呤治疗的临床效果。方法选取2016年4月至2017年4月本院就诊的80例类风湿关节炎患者为研究对象,按照随机抽签法分为对照组和观察组各40例;对照组患者口服甲氨碟呤治疗,观察组患者在此基础上同时口服雷公藤多甙片治疗,比较两组患者的临床疗效和安全性。结果治疗后,观察组患者关节疼痛评分、关节活动度评分、压痛评分和晨僵时间均显著优于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者药物不良反应发生率5.0%,显著低于对照组患者不良反应发生率22.5%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.801,P<0.05)。结论雷公藤多甙联合甲氨碟呤治疗类风湿关节炎的疗效显著,且用药更加安全,患者预后水平显著提升。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of tripterygium glycoside pill combined with Methotrexate for patients with rheumatoid arthritis.Methods A total of 80 patients with rheumatoid arthritis were selected from our hospital during April 2016 and April 2017. The patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group with 40 cases in each group. The control group was given oral Methotrexate for treatment and the patients in the observation group were given Methotrexate combined with Tripterygium wilfordii tablets,the efficacy and safety of patients were compared.Results After treatment,the scores of joint pain,joint tenderness,tenderness,and early morning stiffness in the observation group were significantly better than the control group（ P〈0.05）,and the occurrence of adverse reactions of patients in observation group（ 5.0%） was significantly lower than 22.5% of the control group（ χ^2= 4. 801,P〈0. 05）. Conclusions The curative effect of Tripterygium wilfordii combined with Methotrexate in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis is significant,and the drug is safer,the prognosis is significantly improved.
