摘　　要：目的通过分析2006—2015年上海市金山区职业病发病规律及特征,为做好职业病防控提供依据。方法以2006年1月1日—2015年12月31日职业病信息网络报告和职业病报告卡数据,以确诊职业病患者为分析对象,对职业病数据进行统计分析。结果 2006—2015年金山区报告职业病发病405例,包含7大类,以职业性眼病272例、职业性化学中毒62例及职业性皮肤病41例为主;地区分布以金山卫镇、漕泾镇及石化街道为多,其余各镇亦有发生;企业分布主要集中在内资企业和小型企业;企业性质以化学原料和化学制品制造业、金属制品业和医药制造业等行业为主。结论金山区近10年职业病发病趋势总体呈下降趋势,职业性眼病、职业性化学中毒及职业性皮肤病是需重点防控职业病,应重视接触化学危害因素工人的防护,需加强对小型和内资企业职业病防治工作监管与指导。[Objective] To analyze the epidemic law and characteristics of occupational diseases in Jinshan District of Shanghai from 2006-2015, provide the basis for the prevention and control of occupational diseases in Shanghai. [Methods ] The confirmed occupational disease patients were the object in the study, and the data of occupational disease information network reports and occupational disease report cards from January 1,2006 to December 31,2015 were analyzed. [Results] Totally 405 cases of 7 categories of occupational disease were reported in Jinshan District from 2006-2015,including 272 cases of occupational eye disease, 62 cases of occupational chemical poisoning and 41 cases of occupational dermatosis. The cases were mainly distributed in Jinshanwei Town, Caojing Town and Petrochemical Street,and the cases were reported in remaining towns. Most of cases concentrated in the domestic enterprises and small enterprises,which mainly were chemical raw materials and chemical products manufacturing,metal products industry,pharmaceutical manufacturing and other industries. [Conclusion] The incidence rate of occupational diseases shows a downward trend in Jinshan District in past ten years. The occupational eye disease,occupational chemical poisoning and occupational dermatosis are the focuses of occupation disease prevention and control. It is necessary to pay attention to the protection of workers exposure to chemical hazards,and strengthen the supervision and guidance on occupational disease prevention and control work in domestic enterprises and small enterprises.
