摘  要:为了应对风电在西北地区难以大规模消纳带来的挑战以及当前跨区域电力外送方式存在的问题,考虑直流联络线功率调整以促进跨区域风电消纳成为目前的研究热点。首先以受端电网的直流接入量为目标,优化得到了其直流功率安全接纳限值;然后结合该值以送端电网内火电成本、弃风成本以及直流联络线功率偏差惩罚成本之和为优化目标,同时考虑直流联络线功率的优化以及送端电网内的安全运行约束条件,建立了一个混合整数二次规划(mixed integer quadratic programming,M IQP)模型;最后以具有高压直流外送通道的西北某电网为例对模型进行了验证。仿真结果表明所提模型能够促进风电的跨区域消纳,提高互联系统的经济性。To cope w ith the challenges of large-scale w ind pow er consumption in the northw est region and the problems of the current cross-regional pow er transmission mode,it is the current research hotspot to consider the pow er adjustment of the DC tie-line to promote cross-regional w ind pow er consumption. Firstly,the DC safety acceptance limit of the receiving-end pow er grid is obtained by regarding DC accessed pow er as an optimization goal. Then,combined w ith the DC acceptance limit of the receiving-end pow er grid,the mixed integer quadratic programming( M IQP) model is established w ith taking the sum of thermal pow er and w ind curtailment cost in the sending-end region,and the pow er of the DC tie-line pow er deviation penalty as optimization objective,considering the optimization of the DC tie-line pow er and safe operating constraints in the sending-end pow er grid at the same time. Finally,the model is validated by a grid w hich is equipped w ith high-voltage DC transmission channel in the northw est. The simulation results show that the proposed model can promote the cross-regional consumption of w ind pow er and improve the economy of the interconnected system.
