国际研究型大学的发展对研究型医院建设的启示

摘　　要：本文重点回顾了研究型大学的创立和发展历程，结合案例提出了研究型大学保持公益性行业文化底蕴和精神气质、尝试集群式分类协作发展模式、汇聚一流的师资队伍、建立三权分立的大学内部治理制度、多渠道引资确保资金保障充足、发展国际化办学模式、坚持基础和工程研究并举等发展经验，并以此为基础，提出了研究型医院建设思路。The proposal for building research universities in China is based on experience learned from successful research universities in other countries. This paper reviewed the history of establishing and developing research universities. Drawing on case studies, it summarized the key issues for developing research universities, i.e. maintaining culture and spirits associated with a public-good cause, trying a development model featuring cluster-based coordination among various sectors, setting up a faculty made up of top-notch teachers, putting in place an internal governance system where powers are separated, securing adequate funding via multiple channels, pursuing internationalization, and attaching equal importance to basic research and engineering. All this is expected to offer inspirations for building research hospitals.
