探讨野外灾害救治中消毒灭菌挂车的质量管理模式

摘　　要：目的通过规范消毒灭菌挂车的质量管理，提高消毒灭菌物资在野外环境下的快速保障能力，提升灾害救治率。方法选择2010年1月-2015年12月消毒灭菌挂车的质量管理情况作为研究对象，对比采取干预措施前后的工作质量和保障能力。结果2010年1月-2012年12月灭菌检测结果、设备运行情况、物资及时保障合格率分别为90．77％、91．01％、91．55％，2013年1月-2015年12月分别为100％、97．85％、98．54％，改进前后差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；2010年1月-2012年12月展开、撤收时间分别为（55±5）min、（40±3）min，2013年1月-2015年12月分别为（25±5）min、（20±3）min。改进后的工作质量较改进前显著提高，展开、撤收时间明显缩短。结论规范化质量管理模式在实训工作中的应用，确保了消毒灭菌挂车持续良好的运行，提高了野外灾害救治中消毒灭菌物品的快速保障能力，有效提升了灾害救治率。Objective Improve the ability of rapid maitanence of disinfection and sterilization materials in the field environment to increase the treatment rate of disaster by standardizing the quality management of disinfection and sterilization trailer. Methods The quality management of the disinfection and sterilization trailer during the period from January 2010 to December 2015 was involved. Compare the work quality and the ability to support before and after the intervention. Results during the period of January 2010 to December 2012, the results of sterilization test, equipment operation, and materials timely maintenance were 90.77%, 91.01% and 91.55% respectively;andduringJanuary 2013 to December 2015 were 100%, 97.85%, 98.54%. The difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）;Comparison of deployment and Withdrawal time： January 2010 to December 2012 were （55 ±5）min, （40±3）min; January 2013 to December 2015 were （25 ±5）min, （20±3）min.The work quality improved significantly after intervention,and the deployment and withdrawal time reduced .Conclusion With the application of standardized quality management mode in the practical work, we can ensure the continuous operation of disinfection and sterilization trailer, improve the fast ability to maintenence of disinfection materials in field treatment of disaster, and effectively improve the cure rate of disaster.
